Recipe

MeasurementsIngredients
1 lbFresh Green Beans - cut into 2” pieces
2 TablespoonsPeanut Oil
½ lbLean Beef, chopped fine
2 TablespoonsSesame Seeds
2Green Onions - Chopped
2 TablespoonsSoy Sauce
1 TablespoonOyster Sauce
1½ TeaspoonsSugar

Instructions

  1. Parboil beans in small amount of water for about 5 minutes; drain & set aside.
  2. Heat oil in wok. Add meat, sesame seeds, and onions.
  3. Stir fry for few minutes until meat is done.
  4. Add beans, Soy & Oyster sauce, and sugar; Stir well to combine.
  5. Cover wok, lower heat & simmer until beans are barely tender - about 5 min.
  6. Do not over cook.
  7. Serve with rice or ramen noodles.
