Recipe

MeasurementsIngredients
1 3 ounce packageStrawberry Jello
1 cupBoiling Water
1 10 ounce packagePartially Thawed Strawberries
2 small or 1 largeBanana
1 8 ounce cartonWhipping Cream - Whipped
1 cupChopped Pecans

Instructions

  1. Add boiling water to jello and dissolve well.
  2. Add strawberries and sliced bananas.
  3. Add pecans.
  4. Add whipped cream.
  5. Freeze in 2 8-inch flat pans.
  6. Take out of freezer 5-10 minutes before serving.

Note

Mom, I used muffin tins with the paper muffin cups to freeze this in. It makes about 2 dozen.
