MeasurementsIngredients
1 packageLime Jello
2 small packagesCream Cheese
1/2 pintCoffee Cream
#2 canCrushed Pineapple
1 cupPecans
1 cupDiced Celery

Instructions

  1. Take one cup of juice from the pineapple and bring to a boil.
  2. Dissolve the jello in the boiling juice. Let cool.
  3. Take the coffee cream and mix with the cream cheese.
  4. Put the pineapple into the jello. Add the cream cheese and cream mixture to the jello, then add pecans and celery.
  5. Pour into a mold and let jell.
  6. If there isn’t enough juice from the pineapple, add enough water to make one cup.
