Measurements | Ingredients |

1 package | Lime Jello |
2 small packages | Cream Cheese |
1/2 pint | Coffee Cream |
#2 can | Crushed Pineapple |
1 cup | Pecans |
1 cup | Diced Celery |
Instructions
- Take one cup of juice from the pineapple and bring to a boil.
- Dissolve the jello in the boiling juice. Let cool.
- Take the coffee cream and mix with the cream cheese.
- Put the pineapple into the jello. Add the cream cheese and cream mixture to the jello, then add pecans and celery.
- Pour into a mold and let jell.
- If there isn’t enough juice from the pineapple, add enough water to make one cup.
