Recipe

MeasurementsIngredients
1 - 3 oz. pkg.Strawberry Jello
1 - 3 oz. pkg.Raspberry Jello
2 C.Boiling Water
1 - 20 oz. canCrushed Pineapple in own juice
1 - 12 oz. bagFrozen Blueberries
1 - 8 oz. pkg.Sour Cream
Sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Dissolve jello in 2 C. boiling water.
  2. Add can of crushed pineapple and package of blueberries.
  3. Stir and add blueberries.
  4. Blend softened cream cheese and sour cream and sugar to taste. (Vanilla may also be added, if desired.)
  5. Spread mixture over jello as icing.
  6. Serve on lettuce.
