1 - 3 oz. pkg. | Strawberry Jello |
1 - 3 oz. pkg. | Raspberry Jello |
2 C. | Boiling Water |
1 - 20 oz. can | Crushed Pineapple in own juice |
1 - 12 oz. bag | Frozen Blueberries |
1 - 8 oz. pkg. | Sour Cream |
Sugar to taste |
Instructions
- Dissolve jello in 2 C. boiling water.
- Add can of crushed pineapple and package of blueberries.
- Stir and add blueberries.
- Blend softened cream cheese and sour cream and sugar to taste. (Vanilla may also be added, if desired.)
- Spread mixture over jello as icing.
- Serve on lettuce.
