Measurements	Ingredients
¾ Cup	Sugar
½ Cup	Bisquick
2 Tbsp	Oleo
1 Can (13oz)	Evaporated Milk
2	Eggs
1 Can (16oz)	Pumpkin
2 tsp	Vanilla
2 tsp	Pumpkin Pie Spice OR:
½ tsp	Cinnamon
½ tsp	Nutmeg
⅛ tsp	Cloves

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Grease a 9” or 10” by 1 ½” pie plate.
3. Beat all ingredients until smooth, about 2 minutes with a hand mixer.
4. Pour into the greased pie plate.
5. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
