| Measurements | Ingredients |

| 2 Cups | Powdered Sugar |
| 1 Stick | Oleo - softened |
| 1 Large | Egg |
| 1/4 tsp | Salt |
| 1/4 tsp | Vanilla |
| 2 | 8” baked Pie Crusts |
| 1 Cup | Heavy Cream |
| 1 Cup | Drained Crushed Pineapple |
| 1/2 Cup | Chopped Nuts |
Instructions
- Cream together powdered sugar & oleo.
- Add egg, salt & vanilla.
- Mix until light & fluffy.
- Spoon mixture evenly into crusts; chill.
- Whip cream.
- Blend in pineapple & nuts.
- Spoon on top of egg mixture.
- Chill thoroughly.
