2 CupsPowdered Sugar
1 StickOleo - softened
1 LargeEgg
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspVanilla
28” baked Pie Crusts
1 CupHeavy Cream
1 CupDrained Crushed Pineapple
1/2 CupChopped Nuts

Instructions

  1. Cream together powdered sugar & oleo.
  2. Add egg, salt & vanilla.
  3. Mix until light & fluffy.
  4. Spoon mixture evenly into crusts; chill.
  5. Whip cream.
  6. Blend in pineapple & nuts.
  7. Spoon on top of egg mixture.
  8. Chill thoroughly.
