Cup to 1 CupSugar
2 TablespoonsCornstarch
1 CupWater
2 TablespoonsWhite Corn Syrup
Dash (Optional)Almond Flavoring
3-4 Tablespoons (Half Pkg)Peach Jello

Instructions

  1. Slice fresh peaches into shell.
  2. Mix 1 cup (or cup) sugar, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 1 cup water, and 2 tablespoons white corn syrup.
  3. Boil 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat. Add 3-4 tablespoons (half package) peach jello. (Optional: Add a dash of almond flavoring here).
  5. Cool.
  6. Pour over peaches.
  7. Refrigerate.
  8. Serve with topping.
