Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Beat three eggs lightly. Add cup of sugar and beat well.
- Add one cup of Karo white syrup, one teaspoon of vanilla, and teaspoon of salt. Mix well.
- Spread one cup of pecans over the bottom of the unbaked pie shell.
- Pour the egg mixture over the pecans.
- Bake in the 325°F oven for 45 minutes or more, until it’s brown looking and quite firm.
