Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Beat three eggs lightly. Add cup of sugar and beat well.
  3. Add one cup of Karo white syrup, one teaspoon of vanilla, and teaspoon of salt. Mix well.
  4. Spread one cup of pecans over the bottom of the unbaked pie shell.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the pecans.
  6. Bake in the 325°F oven for 45 minutes or more, until it’s brown looking and quite firm.
