Recipe

MeasurementsIngredients
1 canEagle Brand Milk
1 large containerCool Whip (or other whipped topping)
1 largeLemon, Juice (2 are better)
1 cupPecans

Instructions

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients well.
  2. (Have crust baked - or use vanilla wafer crust or graham cracker crust.)
  3. This is enough filling for 2 crusts.
  4. Divide pecans equally between 2 crusts, sprinkle on bottom of crust.
  5. Then pour filling on top of pecans.
  6. Put in refrigerator.
  7. Keeps well.
