Measurements | Ingredients |

1 can | Eagle Brand Milk |
1 large container | Cool Whip (or other whipped topping) |
1 large | Lemon, Juice (2 are better) |
1 cup | Pecans |
Instructions
- Mix first 3 ingredients well.
- (Have crust baked - or use vanilla wafer crust or graham cracker crust.)
- This is enough filling for 2 crusts.
- Divide pecans equally between 2 crusts, sprinkle on bottom of crust.
- Then pour filling on top of pecans.
- Put in refrigerator.
- Keeps well.
