Measurements | Ingredients |

Two Cups | Flour |
One Cup | Shortening |
Teaspoon | Salt |
Cup (or more) | Ice Water |
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine two cups of flour and teaspoon of salt.
- Cut up one cup of shortening into the flour with a fork or knife until the mixture is crumbly.
- Melt cubes of ice in cup of water (you may need more).
- Stir the ice water in lightly until you can press the dough together.
- Gather the dough in wax paper and squeeze together.
- Roll out on a floured canvas or breadboard.
