| 22 | Ritz Crackers (crushed) |
| 1 Cup | Pecans |
| 1/2 Cup | Sugar |
| 1 Teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 3 | Egg Whites (stiff whipped) |
| 1 Cup | Whipping Cream |
Instructions
- Add crackers, pecans, sugar & vanilla together.
- Then add egg whites into mixture.
- Put in greased pie pan.
- Bake 350° for 20 min.
- Allow to set one day.
- Add whip cream before serving.
