Filling

MeasurementsIngredients
1 cupBrown Sugar
1/3 cupFlour
1/2 teaspoonSalt
2 cupsMilk
2Egg Yolks
1/2 teaspoonVanilla
2 tablespoonsButter
1Whipping Cream

Crust

MeasurementsIngredients
1 stickMelted Butter
1 cupFlour
1/4 cupBrown Sugar
1/2 cupPecans

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Add to milk.
  3. Stir over medium heat until thick.
  4. Add beaten egg yolks and cook and mix.
  5. Stir in butter and vanilla.
  6. Pour in crust and top with whipped cream.

Crust

  1. Mix and press in buttered pan.
  2. Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes.
