2 Cups | Bacon Fat |
4 Tablespoon | Worcestershire Sauce |
3 Tablespoon | Garlic Salt |
4 Tablespoon | Liquid Smoke |
1 Tablespoon | Salt |
Instructions
- In a large, clean plastic bag, toss together the Cheerios, Wheat Chex, Rice Chex, stick pretzels, pretzel Goldfish (or oyster crackers), and pecans.
- In a separate bowl, melt together, the butter, and bacon fat,. Add the Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, liquid smoke, and salt.
- Pour the sauce over the dry ingredient mixture in the plastic bag. Seal the bag and toss thoroughly to coat everything evenly.
- Pour the coated mixture into a roaster pan.
- Bake in roaster pan at 250 degrees for 2 hours.
- Cook for 20 minutes. Turn the mixture.
- Continue cooking, turning every 15 minutes, for up to 2 hours total baking time.
