Crust

1/4 cupBrown Sugar
1/2 cupPecans
1/2 cupMelted Butter

Filling

MeasurementsIngredients
2Egg Whites
1 cupSugar
10 oz packageStrawberries
2 tablespoonsLemon Juice
1 pintWhipped Cream

Instructions

Crust

  1. Spread 2/3 mixture in bottom of pan.

Filling

  1. Beat in mixer at high speed for 10 minutes.
  2. Fold in 1/2 pint whipped cream.
  3. Sprinkle remaining topping.
  4. Freeze 6 hours at least.
  5. Serves 12.
