Instructions

  1. Combine sugars, honey, salt, and Sherry.
  2. Stir over flame until sugars dissolve and mixture reaches soft ball stage (235-245°F or 112-118°C).
  3. Remove from fire and add cinnamon, nutmeg, and nuts.
  4. Beat until creamy.
  5. Place on waxed paper and separate when hard.
