Instructions
- Beat egg white and water until frothy.
- Mix together Sugar, Cinnamon, and Salt
- Mix pecans in egg white mixture.
- Then coat thoroughly in sugar mixture.
- Bake at 300°F in a shallow pan (glass) for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
