1 CupSugar
1 TeaspoonCinnamon
1 TeaspoonSalt
1 10 Ounce PackagePecans (raw)

Instructions

  1. Beat egg white and water until frothy.
  2. Mix together Sugar, Cinnamon, and Salt
  3. Mix pecans in egg white mixture.
  4. Then coat thoroughly in sugar mixture.
  5. Bake at 300°F in a shallow pan (glass) for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
