Crust

MeasurementsIngredients
1 StickMargarine
1 CupFlour
1 3 oz. PackageCream Cheese

Filling

MeasurementsIngredients
3Eggs
2/3 CupSugar
1/4 TeaspoonSalt
1/2 CupButter
1 CupLight Corn Syrup
1 CupPecans

Instructions

  1. Blend & chill for 1 hr. ingredients for Crust.
  2. Divide into sm. ball & press into smallest size muffin tins so that it forms a tiny pie shell in each space.
  3. Chop pecans finely, mix with other ingredients, melted butter, eggs, salt & sugar.
  4. Pour into cups.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
