MeasurementsIngredients
1 TbspCornstarch
2 TbspSugar
½ cupWater
3Egg Whites
DashSalt (for egg whites)
6 TbspSugar (for egg whites)
Dash.Salt

Instructions

  1. Cook first three ingredients (Cornstarch, 2 Tbsp Sugar, Water) until clear, stirring. Set aside.
  2. Whip Egg Whites and a Dash of Salt until it stands in peaks.
  3. Add Cornstarch mixture to egg whites and Continue heating until creamy.
  4. Add 6 Tbsp Sugar gradually and heat until very creamy.
  5. Pile on pie.
  6. Bake 30 min. at 325°F.
  7. Cool Slowly.
