Instructions
- Cook first three ingredients (Cornstarch, 2 Tbsp Sugar, Water) until clear, stirring. Set aside.
- Whip Egg Whites and a Dash of Salt until it stands in peaks.
- Add Cornstarch mixture to egg whites and Continue heating until creamy.
- Add 6 Tbsp Sugar gradually and heat until very creamy.
- Pile on pie.
- Bake 30 min. at 325°F.
- Cool Slowly.
