3/4 cup | Currant Jelly |
1/2 cup | Brandy |
Vanilla Ice Cream |
Instructions
- Drain cherries well.
- Melt jelly in a chafing dish over direct heat, stir frequently.
- Add cherries to jelly, heat through, stirring occasionally.
- Pour brandy into the center of the cherry mixture.
- Heat to warm brandy.
- Ignite.
- Spoon cherries over 8 portions of ice cream.
- Serve immediately.
