1 (17 oz) canPitted Bing Cherries
3/4 cupCurrant Jelly
1/2 cupBrandy
Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions

  1. Drain cherries well.
  2. Melt jelly in a chafing dish over direct heat, stir frequently.
  3. Add cherries to jelly, heat through, stirring occasionally.
  4. Pour brandy into the center of the cherry mixture.
  5. Heat to warm brandy.
  6. Ignite.
  7. Spoon cherries over 8 portions of ice cream.
  8. Serve immediately.
