Instructions

  1. Peal pears—core and leave whole
  2. In deep skillet combine sugar and water
  3. Hear until sugar is dissolved
  4. Stir in honey and add pears
  5. Poach pears over low heat until tender
  6. Let pears cool in syrup
  7. baste
  8. Stir in brandy and serve
