1 Tablespoon | Corn Syrup |
1 | Egg White |
¼ Teaspoon | Cream of Tartar |
Instructions
- Combine in saucepan ⅓ Cup sugar, ⅓ cup firmly packed brown sugar, ⅓ Cup water.
- Add 1 tbsp. Corn syrup. Cook until a little syrup dropped in cold water forms a soft ball.
- Beat 1 egg white with ¼ tsp Cream of Tartar until stiff peaks form.
- Add syrup to egg white in slow stream, beating until thick.
