⅓ CupSugar
⅓ CupFirmly Packed Brown Sugar
⅓ CupWater
1 TablespoonCorn Syrup
1Egg White
¼ TeaspoonCream of Tartar

Instructions

  1. Combine in saucepan ⅓ Cup sugar, ⅓ cup firmly packed brown sugar, ⅓ Cup water.
  2. Add 1 tbsp. Corn syrup. Cook until a little syrup dropped in cold water forms a soft ball.
  3. Beat 1 egg white with ¼ tsp Cream of Tartar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Add syrup to egg white in slow stream, beating until thick.
