CupBrown Sugar
CupCoconut
Two TablespoonsMargarine
CupCanned Milk (Evaporated Milk) or Regular Milk

Instructions

  1. Combine cup of brown sugar, two tablespoons of margarine, and cup of canned milk (or regular milk) in a saucepan.
  2. Dissolve the ingredients on the stove over heat, stirring.
  3. Stir in cup of coconut.
  4. If the frosting is too thick, add a little more milk.
  5. Put the frosting on the cake as soon as the cake is baked (while the cake is hot).
  6. Put the frosted cake back into the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the frosting look glazed.
