Cup | Canned Milk (Evaporated Milk) or Regular Milk |
Instructions
- Combine cup of brown sugar, two tablespoons of margarine, and cup of canned milk (or regular milk) in a saucepan.
- Dissolve the ingredients on the stove over heat, stirring.
- Stir in cup of coconut.
- If the frosting is too thick, add a little more milk.
- Put the frosting on the cake as soon as the cake is baked (while the cake is hot).
- Put the frosted cake back into the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the frosting look glazed.
