1 CupSugar
1/3 CupWater
2Egg Whites
1 tsp.Vinegar
3/4 tsp.Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Boil sugar, water, & vinegar until syrup spins a long thread when dropped from a spoon.
  2. Beat egg whites stiff; gradually add syrup, beating constantly until frosting holds shape.
  3. Add vanilla.

Makes enough for 2 - 8” cake layers.
