Instructions
- Boil sugar, water, & vinegar until syrup spins a long thread when dropped from a spoon.
- Beat egg whites stiff; gradually add syrup, beating constantly until frosting holds shape.
- Add vanilla.
Makes enough for 2 - 8” cake layers.
