2 Tablespoons | Brandy, Cointreau, Coffee Liqueur or Peppermint Liqueur, or 1 Teaspoon Instant Coffee |
Bite-Size Cubes of Sponge or Angel Food Cake | |
Marshmallows | |
Grapes | |
Pineapple Chunks | |
Dried Apricots | |
Banana Chunks, Etc. |
Instructions
- Break chocolate into pieces. Combine with cream in a small saucepan over low heat on the range or over a warmer.
- Stir until melted & smooth.
- Stir in brandy. Keep warm.
- Spear pieces of cake or fruit on forks & dip. (Serves 8)
