Instructions
- Combine ½ cup sugar, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, ½ cup evaporated milk, ⅓ cup water, ½ cup Nestlé’s Butterscotch morsels and 1 beaten egg yolk in saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
- Remove from heat; Add 2 tbsp. butter, 1 Cup Coconut, & 1 Cup nuts - cool.
