2 oz.Margarine
2Eggs
2Lemons

Instructions

  1. Place Sugar & Margarine Into Saucepan.
  2. Break Into This The Two Eggs & Mix Well.
  3. Then Add Grated Rind Of Two Lemons.
  4. Stir Mixture Slowly Over Low Heat Until Ingredients Have Melted.
  5. Then Pour In Strained Lemon Juice.
  6. Continue Stirring Slowly & Allow To Boil For Few Minutes.
  7. Cool Before Using.
