1Egg White
1 CupBrown Sugar
1 CupPecan Nuts
¼ TeaspoonSalt

Instructions

  1. Beat egg very stiff. Gradually add sugar while beating.
  2. Sprinkle salt over chopped nuts and fold into egg mixture.
  3. Drop from a teaspoon, well apart, onto a greased and floured tin.
  4. Bake about 10 minutes at 325°.
