1 Cup | Brown Sugar |
1 Cup | Pecan Nuts |
¼ Teaspoon | Salt |
Instructions
- Beat egg very stiff. Gradually add sugar while beating.
- Sprinkle salt over chopped nuts and fold into egg mixture.
- Drop from a teaspoon, well apart, onto a greased and floured tin.
- Bake about 10 minutes at 325°.
