1 tspSalt
2/3 CupShortening
1 1/4 CupsBrown Sugar
2Eggs, Unbeaten
3/4 CupCrushed, Well Drained Pineapple
1 tsp.Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Serves 4 Doz.
  2. Sift Flour, Measure, Add Dry Ingredients & Sift Again.
  3. Cream Shortening, Add Sugar Gradually & Cream ‘Til Light & Fluffy.
  4. Add Eggs, One At A Time, Beating Well.
  5. Add Pineapple & Vanilla.
  6. Add Flour Gradually.
  7. Drop From Tsp. Ungreased Cookie Sheet.
  8. Bake 400° 10 Min.
