MeasurementsIngredients
3/4 CupWhite Sugar
3/4 CupBrown Sugar
1/2 CupEvaporated Milk
1 Tbsp.Butter
1 tsp.Vanilla
1 CupChopped Pecans

Instructions

  1. Cook Till Soft Ball Forms In Cold Water (10-15 Min.)
  2. Remove From Fire And Add 1 Tbsp. Butter, 1 Tsp. Vanilla, 1 Cup Chopped Pecans.
  3. Beat Until Thick - About 5 Minutes.
  4. Pour On Waxed Paper By Spoonfuls.
  5. Place Pot In Container Of Hot Water If Setting Too Fast.
  6. (If Too Runny When Poured, Put Back In Pan, Cook A Few More Minutes & Beat Again. If Cooked Too Long & Hard - Add A Little Water & Cook A Minute Or Two.
