As Needed | Powdered Sugar (Confectioners’ Sugar, for rolling) |
Instructions
- Grind lb. vanilla wafers. Chop 1 cup of nuts.
- Combine all ingredients: ground vanilla wafers, chopped nuts, 2 tablespoons cocoa, cup light corn syrup, and cup rum (or bourbon, cream, or whiskey).
- Mix to a thick paste.
- Roll into balls.
- Roll the balls in powdered sugar.
