Two & CupsFinely Crushed Vanilla Wafers (approx. 60 wafers)
One CupSifted Confectioners’ Sugar (Powdered Sugar)
Two TablespoonsCocoa Powder
CupFinely Chopped Walnuts
CupBrandy
CupLight Corn Syrup
One & Teaspoons (Optional)Water (if needed)
For RollingGranulated Sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine two and a half cups of finely crushed vanilla wafer crumbs, one cup of sifted confectioners’ sugar, two tablespoons of cocoa powder, and cup of finely chopped walnuts.
  2. Stir in cup of brandy and cup of light corn syrup.
  3. Add a little water (approximately one and a half teaspoons, as noted on the card) if necessary to form the mixture into -inch balls.
  4. Roll the balls in granulated sugar.
  5. Store in a tightly covered container.
