1 Cup | White Sugar |
1 Cup | Brown Sugar |
1 Cup | Dark Corn Syrup |
½ Cup | Butter |
2 Cups | Heavy Cream |
1 Tablespoon | Vanilla Extract |
Chopped Nuts (Possibly Pecans) |
Instructions
- Place Sugar, Karo, Butter, and one cup of the Cream in a kettle.
- Bring to a boil and add remaining cup of Cream slowly so boiling does not stop.
- Prevent burning by stirring often.
- Cook until the mixture forms a firm ball in cold water.
- Remove from fire.
- Add Vanilla and Nuts.
- Pour into a buttered pan.
- Cut into squares.
