Instructions

  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl; cut in shortening with a pastry blender.
  2. Add milk to flour mixture until soft dough forms.
  3. Roll ½-inch thick.
  4. Cut with a 3-inch cookie cutter. Carefully place on a baking sheet
