Cake

MeasurementsIngredients
2 cupsFlour
1½ cupsSugar
2 tspBaking Soda
2Eggs
Crushed Pineapple (1¾ to 2 cups)

Topping

MeasurementsIngredients
1 CupBrown Sugar
1 CupChopped Pecans
1½ cupsSugar
¾ cupButtermilk
½ stickOleo
1 tsp.Vanilla

Instructions

(Cake Instructions):

  1. Mix all cake ingredients together + pour into greased & floured pan.
  2. Sprinkle 1 Cup Brown Sugar + 1 Cup Chopped Pecans over cake dough.
  3. Bake @ 350° for 25 to 30 min.

(Topping Instructions):

  1. Have topping ready to pour over hot cake.
  2. Bring to rolling boil Buttermilk, Sugar, and Oleo, + remove from heat.
  3. Add 1 tsp vanilla + pour over cake.
