Topping

1 Cup | Brown Sugar |
1 Cup | Chopped Pecans |
1½ cups | Sugar |
¾ cup | Buttermilk |
½ stick | Oleo |
1 tsp. | Vanilla |
Instructions
(Cake Instructions):
- Mix all cake ingredients together + pour into greased & floured pan.
- Sprinkle 1 Cup Brown Sugar + 1 Cup Chopped Pecans over cake dough.
- Bake @ 350° for 25 to 30 min.
(Topping Instructions):
- Have topping ready to pour over hot cake.
- Bring to rolling boil Buttermilk, Sugar, and Oleo, + remove from heat.
- Add 1 tsp vanilla + pour over cake.
