| Measurements | Ingredients |

| 3/4 cups | Water |
| 3/4 cups | Salad Oil |
| 4 | Whole Eggs |
| 1 package | Lemon Jello |
| 1 package | Yellow Cake Mix |
| 1 teaspoon | Lemon Extract |
Instructions
- Beat all ingredients well - 4-5 minutes.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°F in greased and floured tube pan.
- Take out when cool.
- While hot, spoon mixture of juice of 2 lemons and 1 cup powdered sugar on cake.
- (Punch holes in top of cake with fork.)
