Icing
Measurements | Ingredients |

Juice of 1 | Lemon |
1/2 cup | Apricot Nectar, heated |
Powdered Sugar to spread |
Instructions
Cake
- Mix cake mix and gelatin.
- Add Wesson oil, then eggs one at a time.
- Add apricot nectar and lemon extract and mix well.
- Bake in tube pan at 325°F for 45 minutes or until done.
Icing
- Mix heated apricot nectar well with powdered sugar to spread.
