| 1 teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| 2 teaspoons | Vanilla |
| 1 cup | Chopped Nuts |
Topping
| Measurements | Ingredients |

| 1 cup | Sugar |
| 1 stick | Oleo (Margarine) |
| 1/2 cup | Coffee Cream |
Instructions
- Mix oil and sugar.
- Add 1 egg at a time - beat well.
- Add apples and mix well.
- Add 3 cups flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon soda, 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
- Mix well.
- Add 2 teaspoons vanilla and 1 cup chopped nuts.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
Topping Instructions
- Cook 1 cup sugar, 1 stick oleo, and 1/2 cup coffee cream until sugar dissolves.
