Grated Rind½ Lemon
Few DropsLemon Extract
2⅔ ozButter
3 ozSugar
2 ozRaisins
¼ PintMilk

Instructions

  1. Sift Flour, B. powder, & salt.
  2. Rub in butter with fingertips.
  3. Add sugar, raisins, lemon rind, & extract.
  4. Mix to a smooth moist batter with milk.
  5. Bake at 320° for ¾ hour.
