One Large Package (e.g., 8 oz) | Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened |

One Cup | Flaked Coconut |
One Small Package (e.g., 6 oz) | Chocolate Chips |
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cupcake pans with paper liners.
- Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to the package directions.
- Fill cupcake pans full with the cake batter.
- In a separate bowl, prepare the filling mixture: Beat together one large package of softened Philadelphia cream cheese, one egg, and cup of sugar until smooth.
- Stir in one cup of flaked coconut and one small package of chocolate chips into the cream cheese mixture.
- Put about one teaspoon of the filling mixture on top of the batter in each cupcake cup.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes, or until the cupcakes are cooked through and a toothpick inserted into the cake portion comes out clean.
