MeasurementsIngredients
1 packageYellow Cake Mix
1/2 bagCoconut
1-15 oz canCoconut Cream (Lopez)
1 canEagle Brand Milk

Instructions

  1. Cook as directed in 9x13 pan.
  2. While hot, pierce with meat fork.
  3. Pour 1-15 oz can Coconut Cream (Lopez).
  4. Pour 1 can Eagle Brand Milk.
  5. Cool completely.
  6. Ice with 1 large carton Cool Whip.
  7. Sprinkle coconut on top.
  8. Refrigerate.
