Note
You can use a white or yellow cake mix. You can use your own recipe for same.

Cake Mix | |
3 | Eggs |
1 11 Ounce can | Mandarin Oranges, undrained |
1/2 Cup | Oil |
1/2 Cup | Coconut |
Cream of Coconut | |
12oz | Cool Whip |
Instructions
- Mix well
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Cook for 30 to 35 minutes
- Remove from oven and let cool for about 1 hour.
- Put holes in cake about 1 or 1 1/2 apart and slowly saturate with cream of coconut. Saturating the cake slowly and completely is important.
- Use 12 ounces of Cool Whip and add 1 cup coconut, use as icing.
- If desired, toast 1 1/2 cups of coconut and let cool, then garnish cake.
