2 pkgsFrozen or Fresh Coconut
2 cupsSour Cream
2 cupsSugar

Yellow Cake Mix

Instructions

  1. Mix coconut, sour cream, and sugar.
  2. Set aside until cake cools.
  3. Bake yellow cake mix - 2 layers.
  4. When cake cools, split into four layers.
  5. Put filling between layers and cover the cake.
  6. Refrigerate for four days.
  7. Freezes well.
