Instructions
- Mix coconut, sour cream, and sugar.
- Set aside until cake cools.
- Bake yellow cake mix - 2 layers.
- When cake cools, split into four layers.
- Put filling between layers and cover the cake.
- Refrigerate for four days.
- Freezes well.
