MeasurementsIngredients
¾ cupButter
2½ cupsFlour
2 cupsSugar
2 tspBaking Soda
2Eggs
1 tspSalt
1 tspVanilla
½ cupCocoa
1 cupSour Milk
1 cupBoiling Water

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add unbeaten eggs one at a time. Beat well after each addition.
  3. Add vanilla to milk.
  4. Sift flour, soda, salt, & cocoa together.
  5. Add dry ingredients with milk to mixture.
  6. Pour in boiling water all at once & stir until well combined.
  7. Bake 350° for 30 min.
  8. Frost Cake
