Measurements | Ingredients |

2 cups | Sugar |
2 cups | Cake Flour |
1 cup | Hot Water |
1 tsp. | Vanilla |
5 | Egg Whites |
1 tsp. | Cream of Tartar |
2 tsp. | Baking Powder |
Instructions
- Sift These First Two 5 Times (I Use “No-Sift” Flour, Decrease By 4 Tbls. And Don’t Sift)
- Add 1 Cup Hot Water, 1 Tsp. Vanilla And Mix Well.
- Beat 5 Egg Whites Until Fluffy; Add 1 Tsp. Cream Of Tartar.
- Beat Again.
- Add 2 Tsp. Baking Pwd.
- Beat Until Stiff.
- Fold 1st Mix Into Last (I Do It Opposite).
- Bake In Hot Oven (Approx. 425 This Altitude) For 25 Min.
