MeasurementsIngredients
2 cupsSugar
2 cupsCake Flour
1 cupHot Water
1 tsp.Vanilla
5Egg Whites
1 tsp.Cream of Tartar
2 tsp.Baking Powder

Instructions

  1. Sift These First Two 5 Times (I Use “No-Sift” Flour, Decrease By 4 Tbls. And Don’t Sift)
  2. Add 1 Cup Hot Water, 1 Tsp. Vanilla And Mix Well.
  3. Beat 5 Egg Whites Until Fluffy; Add 1 Tsp. Cream Of Tartar.
  4. Beat Again.
  5. Add 2 Tsp. Baking Pwd.
  6. Beat Until Stiff.
  7. Fold 1st Mix Into Last (I Do It Opposite).
  8. Bake In Hot Oven (Approx. 425 This Altitude) For 25 Min.
