Instructions
- Preheat oven to ().
- Grease and flour a 9x9 inch square baking pan.
- In a medium mixing bowl, lightly beat the 2 eggs.
- Stir in the melted margarine ( Cup + 2 Tbsp).
- Stir in the 1 Cup of sugar and 6 Tbsp of cocoa powder until well combined.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Cup flour, pinch of salt, and tsp baking powder.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Stir in the 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
- Pour the batter into the prepared 9x9 inch pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted near the center comes out with moist crumbs attached (do not overbake).
- Let cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
