CupSeedless Raisins

One CupPeanut Butter
CupCondensed Milk (Canned)
For Pan & ToppingConfectioners’ Sugar (Powdered Sugar)

Instructions

  1. Butter an 8x8x2 inch pan. Sprinkle the bottom of the buttered pan with confectioners’ sugar.
  2. Put one cup of pitted dates, cup of seedless raisins, and cup of currants through a food chopper.
  3. In a bowl, combine the chopped fruit mixture with one cup of peanut butter and cup of condensed milk.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of the prepared 8x8x2 inch pan.
  6. Smooth the surface of the candy.
  7. Sprinkle the top with more powdered sugar.
  8. Chill until firm.
  9. Once firm, cut into squares.
