Instructions
- Butter an 8x8x2 inch pan. Sprinkle the bottom of the buttered pan with confectioners’ sugar.
- Put one cup of pitted dates, cup of seedless raisins, and cup of currants through a food chopper.
- In a bowl, combine the chopped fruit mixture with one cup of peanut butter and cup of condensed milk.
- Mix well.
- Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of the prepared 8x8x2 inch pan.
- Smooth the surface of the candy.
- Sprinkle the top with more powdered sugar.
- Chill until firm.
- Once firm, cut into squares.
