MeasurementsIngredients
1 pkgCaramel Candies
1 tspBaking Soda
1/3 CupMilk
1/2 tspSalt
2 CupsFlour
1Egg
2 CupsOats - Any Kind
1 CupMargarine
1 1/2 CupsPacked Brown Sugar
1 pkg 6 ozChocolate Chips
1 CupWalnuts

Instructions

  1. Heat Oven 350° - Grease 13 X 9 X 2 ” Pan.
  2. Heat C. Candies + Milk In a 2 qt Pan Over Low Heat, Stirring Frequently, Until Smooth - Remove From Heat.
  3. Mix Flour, Oats, Brown Sugar, Soda, Salt & Eggs In Large Bowl.
  4. Stir In Margerine With Fork Until Mixture Is Crumbly.
  5. Press Half Of Crumbly Mixture In Pan.
  6. Bake 10 Min.
  7. Sprinkle with Chocolate Chips & Nuts.
  8. Drizzle with Caramel Mixture.
  9. Sprinkle Remaining Crumbly Mixture Over Top.
  10. Bake Until Golden Brown 20 to 25 Min.
  11. Cool 30 Min. Loosen Edges.
  12. Cool Completely - Cut Into Bars 2 X 1”.
