Recipe

MeasurementsIngredients
1 PackageDry Yeast
1 Cup + 1 CupLukewarm Water
1 TeaspoonSugar
1/2 TeaspoonSalt
1 Cup + As NeededFlour

Instructions

  1. Dissolve one pkg. dry yeast - in 1 cup lukewarm water.
  2. Add 1 tsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 cup flour - (To make paste) -
  3. Let rise for 1 or two hours - (It will rise and go back down in that time) -
  4. After it goes back down add 1 cup lukewarm water & enough flour to make a paste.
  5. Let stand for 24 hours to sour before using.
  6. Bake 500° for 15 min.
