Measurements | Ingredients |

1 Package | Dry Yeast |
1 Cup + 1 Cup | Lukewarm Water |
1 Teaspoon | Sugar |
1/2 Teaspoon | Salt |
1 Cup + As Needed | Flour |
Instructions
- Dissolve one pkg. dry yeast - in 1 cup lukewarm water.
- Add 1 tsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 cup flour - (To make paste) -
- Let rise for 1 or two hours - (It will rise and go back down in that time) -
- After it goes back down add 1 cup lukewarm water & enough flour to make a paste.
- Let stand for 24 hours to sour before using.
- Bake 500° for 15 min.
