Instructions
- Sift flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in shortening.
- Adding water to make dough consistency of biscuit dough.
- Roll out dough about 1/2” thick and cut into 3” squares.
- Cut hole in center.
- Fry in deep fat.
