MeasurementsIngredients
6 mediumPotatoes
1 tsp.Salt
1 cupMilk
1/4 tsp.Pepper
5 Tb.Flour
2Eggs
Bacon Fat or Other Drippings
Spiced Apple Sauce or Syrup

Instructions

  1. Make a Thin Batter of the Milk, Flour, Salt, Pepper and Beaten Eggs.
  2. Peel and Grate the Potatoes.
  3. Drain Well and Add to Batter.
  4. Drop by Spoonfuls onto Hot Skillet, Greased with Bacon Fat or Other Drippings.
  5. Fry Brown and Crisp and Serve with Spiced Apple Sauce or Syrup.
